Sarah J. Pugh is the owner and Director of Fiduciary Services of Beacon Trustee Services, which has branches in Vancouver and Longview, Washington, and serves individuals throughout the country as a professional fiduciary.
Sarah has over 8 years of experience in the professional fiduciary services industry in the following areas:

- Guardianship Administration
- Power of Attorney Administration
- Estate Administration
- Forensic Accounting for Vulnerable Adult Financial Exploitation Cases
Sarah also has over 7 years of experience as a civil litigation paralegal. She also worked as a Trust Officer for a community bank where she developed a mandatory training program for bank employees in an effort to utilize financial institution as a tool to prevent vulnerable adult abuse, neglect and financial exploitation. She is a frequent speaker to groups throughout Southwest Washington on various topics.
Sarah received her Paralegal degree from Clark College in Vancouver, Washington in 1997, is a Washington State Certified Professional Guardian; and she is also a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor. Additionally, she has completed classes through the Washington Trustees' Association, the Washington Bankers Association, Cannon Financial Institute, and the Institute of Certified Bankers.
Currently, Sarah is acting as Co-Chair for the Friends of the Clark County Elder Justice Center. She also volunteers forensic accounting services to assist with the arrest and prosecution of predators financially exploiting vulnerable adults in Clark County. She is also a member of the Southwest Washington Estate Planning Council, the Southwest Washington Elder Abuse Prevention ("Sweap") Coalition, and serves as treasurer for the St. Rose Catholic School PTO.
Sarah was Co-Founder of the Cowlitz-Wahkiakum Vulnerable Adult Task Force, and was recognized by the Kelso-Longview Chamber of Commerce with the 2007 Workforce Education Award for Individual Achievement relating to her work in educating the community on the abuse, neglect and financial exploitation.
Sarah lives in Vancouver and welcomes each opportunity to advocate for vulnerable adults and educate individuals and businesses regarding the growing epidemic of vulnerable adult abuse throughout the world.
